5 Ways to Style A Printed Cami + Looks from LOFT 40% – 50% off sale

You always know retailers like LOFT, Jcrew, Banana Republic, Express, etc run 30 – 40% everything occasionally. Through this Sunday, its one of those times at LOFT with 40% off everything, 50% off TOPS + BEACH FAVS!  Olivia from OliviaSheaStyle and I went to LOFT yesterday to try a bunch of different looks on for you!

Many pieces ended up being compatible for a 4th of July look if you are still looking for an outfit! We both fell in love with the same white cami with navy stars on it, and paired it 5 ways! I’m showing you 2 ways here, plus 10 other looks, and then you can head to OliviaSheaStyle.com to check out her try on haul and 3 other ways to style the same cami! (Also you can follow her at @OliviaSheaStyle on Insta!)

STARS CAMI

Love this for 4th of July and really all of summer! It’s not in your face “America” theme, but subtle enough to pair with other patterns or keep it casual with jeans or jean shorts. Wearing XS and fits TTS. LOFT runs a little large, so if you are usually in between sizes (I’m an XS / S depending on brand) I tend to be XS or a 0 in everything LOFT.

See three more ways my friend @OliviaSheaStyle paired this cami on her blog!

More on the gingham skirt below with 3 more ways to style.

ELASTIC WAIST SHORTS

Ahhhh, elastic waist. Perfect for BBQs and walking around town all day. They aren’t tight so you won’t get that sticky feeling, and look great with virtually any top – casual cotton or a dressier cami. Wearing an XS.

GINGHAM SKIRT SIDE KNOT

My favorite item in the whole store – I didn’t realize how many shirts I could pair it with until I was in the dressing room! Solids, casual tee (which is the Pride month tee BTW), or even polka dots! Wearing a size 0.

WORK PANTS – TIE WAIST SLIM MARISA

I haven’t tried LOFT dress pants yet – and I’ve been missing out! The stretchiest, most comfortable material that I could sit down in all day. They also come in petites so the length is perfect for me at 5’2 5’3ish. You can get them in your normal size for a tight fitting looking (wearing a 0P here), or go up a size if you want a looser fit (I would go for 2P for that fit).

SUMMER CASUAL WORK DRESS

A button up style dress is super easy for work – only one piece! I love when they have an added tie like this one here.

SUMMER COTTON SWEATER

I’m always cold at night! A sweater that screams summer with navy / white stripes and SUN on the front is perfect to throw on with jean shorts.  Olivia also styled this sweater – see her looks here.

VERTICAL STRIPES

You know I love a good vertical stripe in anything – shirts, dresses, pants, you name it! This subtle red white and blue is perfect for summer – pair casually with jean shorts or even dress up to wear to work.

LEMON ROMPER

Is there anything more summery than lemon print? I love the subtleness of this lemon print, in SUCH a comfortable romper that’s flattering with the cinch in the waist. You can wear this all day! You can’t tell in the picture here, but the romper is “textured” with little solid dots that make the quality better! TTS wearing XS – no need to size up in this romper.

That’s everything I tried on….there were a few things I wanted to try on like the drawstring chambray shorts that weren’t available in store in my size, but they are online! Browse my picks below.
