Refresh on Flats: Mules, when you’re not a Loafer girl

Loafers. Errrrrr. Just the name sounds bland and reminds me
of a plain loaf of bread. Not exactly a shoe trend I’ve been able to get on
board with, until some untraditional styles caught my eye. Pointed toes,
snakeskin, studded, velvet textures and metallic colors all take a different
spin on the traditional mule or loafers.

This loafer mule style comes with some bonuses, and why it’s my preferred flat style now.

  1. They are BACKLESS, so heel blisters are impossible!
    Hallelujah.
  2. They are CLOSED TOED and perfect for office flats.
  3. They are easy to add height. If you prefer a heel, there are
many styles that offer a thick block heel that are super comfortable to walk
    around in all day.

Below are the BEST mules I’ve found at tons of different
price points, with none being over $100! Most are under $50 or $25. Click on the image to shop and take you to the site! Which style
and color is your favorite? I know, it’s tough!
